Featuring a compact design, the new tower unit offers three different height options, which can be tailored to the specific needs of the individual user. The unit enables access from one side or both sides and can be fitted with various organising elements and additional shelves according to individual employee or team requirements.
The tower unit is designed in a such a way that one can see all the contents at a glance. The exterior appearance of the tower is elegant, calm and aesthetic. With variety of available materials and colours, the tower unit can be fitted seamlessly into any office.
The tower unit also acts as a shielding element from the corridor or between individual workstations in open office layouts. It also serves as a base for other Bene storage elements. It is available in three standard heights: With a file height of 1.5 (74 cm), 2.5 (113.5 cm) or 3 (123 cm).
In addition to desk-level storage, the units can also be used to partition the room and achieve the desired level of visual and acoustic privacy. There are optional, acoustic back and side panels available. For periods of concentrated work, the pull-out cabinet can also be individually positioned to provide privacy and shielding.
Various practical features are added to enhance comfort at work. The removable rear wall and optional cable outlets in the side walls and bottom, cabling can be installed vertically from a floor socket through the bottom of the carcass, or laterally through the rear section of the carcass. An optional desk connection can replace the desk frame and increases the user’s leg space. The unit has a soft, almost silent, self-closing mechanism.
