The first office development in Cambridge in more than 20 years, the Botanic House was designed by Formation Architects for Pace Investments Limited. Offering panoramic views of the Botanic Garden of the Cambridge University, the new office building is a lens-shaped building.
The new seven-storey office development is located on the Hills Road, between the city’s historic core and the railway station. Botanic House encompasses an area of 60,000 square feet and features a concrete frame. The northern side of the building has a full height glazing, while the southern side has brick panelling.
Botanic House development forms phase I of the development scheme for the site, which includes construction of offices, retail, residential, a public house, affordable homes and community uses.
