Shell, boasts a unique design which hints of inspiration from the sea with the design mimicking the natural form of a shell. The chair’s form evolves like a natural body which is composed by vertebra and spine. The vertebra and spine of the chairs also assist it to distribute the weight.
The wooden parts of the chair are complimented by soft, cylindrical cushions, which completes the look of the chair and also enhance its comfort quotient. The chair is available with four-natural cotton long pillows.
The designer has used birch plywood to make the furniture and has adopted CNC digital drilling technique, coupled with hand assembly, to create the chair.
The chair complements both contemporary as well as traditional spaces.
