Located at residential south side area of Hailsham, the project involves development of 40 homes, which will be a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroomed houses. The development includes detached, semi-detached and terrace houses.
The homes will have a timber frame construction and boast a variety of architectural finishes, such as brick cladding, tile and render. Inside, each home will boast a high-quality specification. The development has been designed to Code 3 for Sustainable Homes standard.
Construction on the scheme is likely to span for 57 weeks. Of the total homes to be developed, 19 homes will be marketed by Octave Homes, while the remaining units will be offered for shared ownership or rental by Affinity Sutton Housing Association.
