The homes will be created at the site of an existing building located at 3050 R St NW, Washington DC. The original building will undergo part demolition of the non-historic section to accommodate the new homes while the remaining building will be renovated.
The exterior of the homes will be restored to its original glory and will reflect the former refined and historic characteristics of the buildings. The Montrose development will offer 15-luxurious homes, which will boast a historical flair.
Each home will be custom designed and will feature modern amenities as well as traditional features and finishes. The scheme will include three homes in affordable homes category.
The scheme is being developed by American developer Argos Group, together with its development partners Potomac Investment Properties and Eichberg Construction.
