Located in the centre of Rio Branco’s downtown area, the new nine-storey Holiday Inn Express Rio Branco will feature 110 rooms. The hotel will feature four meeting rooms, an outdoor pool, bar, a fully-equipped business centre and gym.
The hotel will also feature Express Start breakfast bar serving full range of breakfast items. The guest rooms will feature comfortable bedding collection while bathrooms will be equipped with designer shower, shower head, and shower curtain with curved rod.
The hotel is owned by Inter Oceanica Hotelaria Ltd under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group. The new-build hotel is scheduled to open in late 2013, before the forthcoming FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
