Scope of the project involves construction of a sports hall; two, two-storey teaching blocks and four, two-storey junior boarding houses. BAM will also build a two-wing, two-storey extension to Centenary House for senior boarders.
Further, BAM will also provide refurbishment services for Grade II listed buildings and all the other existing facilities on the campus. The company will also create hard and soft landscaping and car parking space, and demolish several non-listed blocks on the campus.
Post completion, the school will boost its student capacity from 468 pupils to 722 pupils. The project is designed to modernise the facilities at the school, while retaining its historic glamour.
