Einstein Medical Center Montgomery is situated on an 87-acre campus located directly across from the 690-acre Norristown Farm Park. The 146-bed features an 8-bed Level IIIB neonatal Intensive Care Unit, 24-hour emergency care centre and a surgical robot.
Einstein created full-scale mock-up rooms in a warehouse off site before constructing the facility, which allowed the centre to fix various problems.
Said to become a medical destination for Montgomery County, the new healthcare facility will be Einstein’s third medical centre in the Philadelphia region. The medical centre will open its doors for patients on 29 September 2012.
