The villa was redesigned to provide a new design concept and redevelop the abandoned and degraded space. It involved the demolition of all the boards to construct interior walls of adequate thickness, restoration of all hedges, removal and replacement of the existing roof, construction of the waterproof layer, removal of all the pavement and the balconies and terraces outside, shaving of all internal and external walls and demolition of all the boards to construct interior walls of adequate thickness.
The concept design of the villa has been planned according to the contemporary style, surroundings, and comfort elements. The concept has been developed to make a continuity between the formal structure and its framework with the provision to use light colours and natural materials in harmony with the surrounding green areas to create a natural green abode.
Featuring full length glass windows, the home is transparent and establishes a harmonisation between nature and the residence. Provision of natural daylight into the house is another key element of the design, which adds more charm to the project. The designs incorporated in the stairs, gardens, balconies and window sills also exhibit the green elements of the design.
