KA is undertaking construction of HealthPartners Nokomis Clinic at 4732 Chicago Avenue South in Minneapolis, which involved demolition of the existing building and construction of a new 8,000 square feet space. The clinic accommodates 12 exam rooms, radiology and laboratory areas. The facility is scheduled for opening on 29 September 2012.
The second project involves construction on HealthPartners Riverway Clinic in Anoka. The facility will be built at 601 Jacob Lane in Anoka, which formerly housed Castle Field. The clinic will be a two level building, which will encompass an area of 60,000 square feet. Construction of the clinic has begun and expected to be completed by July 2013.
