The new building will be constructed to provide an accessible location for retail activities and meetings through more distinct entrances, abundant parking and excellent bus communication routes. It will accommodate eight new stores.
The new building will be slightly narrower and will feature space for eight stores, with a retail area of between 500 and 2,000 square meters. To supplement existing stores with shopping, each store will have its own entrance. The second phase of the facility is a further development of Tornby Handelsgårdar, and will create an inner courtyard with parking in between.
Creating a pleasant and accessible location for both shopping and socialising, the retail location highlights the stores through highly visible signs and distinct entrances.
Tornby Handelsgårdar is being developed by NCC Property Development. The first phase was sold at the end of May 2012 to the Cordea Savill fund, Pro2-Immo-Holding Sweden AB.
