The new €70 million ($90.69 million) mall is located at Ljubljana in Skopje. The mall has a footprint of 90,000 square metres that is spread over three levels. It accommodates 130 shops, a multi-screen cinema, and a multi-storey underground car park that can accommodate about 1,200 parking spaces.

The mall has a functional design and superb aesthetics. The new shopping venue has been built with sustainability in mind. The building incorporates several sustainable elements, which consist of thermal insulation, energy-saving lighting, heat recovery and an integrated building management system.

Balfin MK secured a loan of €18.9 million ($24.48 million) from the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in 2011 for the development of the mall.
