Hyatt Place Yerevan will be located next to Republic Square, the heart of Yerevan’s city center, in close proximity to several public institutions and leisure venues. The portfolio of the hotel will consist of 96 guestrooms, about 1,300 square feet of meeting space, restaurants and bar, a four-station e-room, and a fitness centre.
The food and dining options include a.m. Kitchen that will offer complimentary breakfast to the guests; and an open market that will offer made-to-order meals and snacks round-the-clock. The guestrooms will feature Cozy Corner sofa sleeper, work centre and 42-inch HDTV.
Hyatt Place Yerevan is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2013. The new Hyatt Place Yerevan will adopt all the salient features of the Hyatt Place brand, which includes stylish design, practical amenities, technology and purposeful service.
Hyatt Place Yerevan is also the third Hyatt Place hotel under development in Europe, joining Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport and Hyatt Place Zurich Airport.
