The permission for the development is given by Stockton Council’s planning committee. The new development will comprise of 76 two, three and four bedroom homes. Phase I of the Vivo development has been completed by Muse in partnership with sister company Lovell and the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA).

The phase I of the Vivo development is supported by the Stockton Council and Tees Valley Housing, which includes 50 two, three and four bedroom properties on the site. The construction on Phase II is expected to begin in December 2012.

Northshore is a 56-acre mixed-use regeneration scheme which will transform Stockton’s riverside with the development of high quality housing, leisure and retail accommodation, as well as more than 1 million square feet of office space.
