Plan 1 is a single-storied, 2,023 square feet home plan, which features four bedrooms, two baths and two car garages. Plan 2 is a double-storied, 2,379 square feet home plan, which features four bedrooms, three baths, loft, a fifth bedroom or master suite option along with two car garages.
Plan 3 includes a two-storied, 2,526 square feet building, which features four bedrooms, three baths, loft, a fifth bedroom option and two car garages. Plan 3x is a two-storied, 2,839 square feet project, which features five bedrooms, three baths, loft, sixth bedroom option and two car garages.
Developed to provide comfort as well as style to the home dwellers, each home features a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with bullnose-edge granite countertops, six inches backsplash, and Delta polished chrome fixtures.
In addition to that, the new homes also feature Beechwood cabinetry with crown molding detail on upper and tall cabinets, and Frigidaire appliances in white, black or stainless steel.
