A partnership between Hakkasan Group and Japan’s triple-Michelin-starred chef Yoshihiro Murata, the Chrysan restaurant brand adheres to two key principles – sourcing the finest local ingredients where possible rather than importing from Japan, and training local chefs rather than bringing in an expat team. To align with the restaurant’s sustainability credentials, products by Japanese bathroom manufacturer TOTO were specified by the designer Nakamura in Chrysan’s washrooms.

The washrooms of Chrysan feature TOTO’s signature Washlet WCs, which conform to hygiene, comfort, sustainability and high design values. The luxurious Neorest SE Washlets are notable for their highly sophisticated functionality and their European-influenced Japanese engineering and styling. Their features include a Japanese-style intimate-cleansing bidet function with drier, hygienic auto-opening and closing lid, ready-heated seat and automatic deoderiser.

Other products include exquisitely crafted, gently glowing washbasins made from TOTO’s patented LUMINIST material, as well as elegant automatic taps that moderate the use of water and are powered by self generated energy.

Chrysan restaurant features a dining room which can accommodate 100, including a chef’s table seating eight with direct views into the kitchen; and a private dining room seating 12. There is also a bar which can seat up to 30.
