Between Sense and Sanity is part of the British Council and Fashion Council’s International Fashion Showcase 2013. The exhibition will introduce the work of new design talent under the name Young@Squat alongside products by Slovenian brands Gorenje, and SteklarnaHrastnik.
This exhibition is curated by NatašaPeršuh and ZoranGarevski from Slovenian gallery Squat, and is a bold and daring fusion of both craft and modern techniques showing expertise in fashion textile design combined with a fearless future-vision.
Gorenje is supporting the Society’s Annual Dinner, being held at Hotel Russell in London on 9 February 2013, by sponsoring the charity raffle which will raise money for the charity Barka, which aims to provide severely excluded Eastern European migrants with the opportunity for reconnection and social reintegration.
Between Sense and Sanity showcase is appearing at 12 Star Gallery, Europe House, 32 Smith Square, London from 5-19 February 2013.
