The luxury boutique hotel was built on the concept of reduce, recycle, repurpose and reuse in partnership with GreenCitizen.

The interiors of the hotel, designed by Seattle-based Dawson Design Associates, focus more on sustainable, modern, chic, and recycled materials throughout. It feature a chandelier made of recycled sunglasses, the front desk made from a lumberyard’s reclaimed wood, wall hangings made from discarded computer discs, and photo negative films made into a wall of lobby art.

Spanning eight floors, the hotel features 116 guest rooms and suites, playroom, restaurant, bars, a fitness room, a wellness centre, and meeting rooms equipped with permanent whiteboards and corkboards.

The hotel’s 1,500 square foot playroom for adults offers food and drink service, a pool table, shuffleboard, lounge chairs, and video games. The hotel also provides guests with work stations and web-enabled flat-screen Samsung TVS apart from Skype calls inside an old red London phone booth.

The former Hotel Milano is located adjacent to Westfield San Francisco Shopping Centre and near the Moscone Convention Center.
