Post completion of the £4.5 million ($6.91 million) project at Portishead’s ISIS marina development, which has delivered 60 luxury waterfront apartments, ISG will deliver two luxury 39-unit concrete frame accommodation blocks at Portishead Marina.
Both the blocks will incorporate a mix of seven apartment types, ranging from one- to three-bedroom configurations. The additional waterfront accommodation will be built with previous marina phase specifications.
The concrete accommodation blocks will feature brick cladding at ground floor level and a combination of insulated render, timber cladding and curtain walling at higher elevations. Besides that a range of external hard and soft landscaping will also be carried out as part of the project.
