Spread over 80,000 square feet of space, the scheme in North Acton features two adjacent seven- storied buildings, which is designed to provide 209 high quality studio apartments. These apartments have an approximate end value of £30 million ($45 million). The two adjacent buildings also feature retail space at the ground floor.
Designed to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘excellent’, the development also includes the creation of two new community parks – a pocket park and a biodiversity park.
The scheme is scheduled to be completed by August 2013.
