Arbor Oaks and the new independent living apartments is a senior housing scheme, which offers vibrant, maintenance-free units for more than 150 older adults. The development includes 92 independent living apartment homes.
The development also includes 48 assisted living, 48 skilled nursing and 18 dedicated memory support residences. The amenities at the community include restaurant-style dining options, a fitness centre, pool, salon, library, billiards room, creative arts centre and more.
In addition to that residents have lifetime priority access to a continuum of care at the on-site health centre.
