The SlideControl function of the induction hobs offers a host of features. The PowerBoost function can bring the pan to boil in moments and BoilControl prevents the pan from boiling over. The StayWarm function keeps the food warm at an optimum temperature while the residual heat indicators provide added safety.
Combining two induction zones with two gas burners, the Gorenje ITG 623 ASC can be useful for both traditional and modern cooking. The induction zones are designed for rapid heating of pans while the designer cast iron gas burners can be used for Asian style cooking.
