The proposed River Meadow will offer 26 built-to-order homes, which will be built on a one-acre homesite. The scheme will offer 13 different floor plans, comprising single- and double-storied homes.
The total area of the homes will vary in the range of 1,582 to 3,125 square feet and will include up to five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and three-car garages. The buyers will enjoy multiple customisable options to design their homes as per requirements. The customisable option varies up to five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and three-car garages.
All the homes at River Meadow will be Energy Star certified, which will lower the utility bills. KB Home plans to launch the community in April 2013.
