The new hotel will feature 249 upscale guest rooms. It is designed with an ‘Open Lobby’ concept, which is said to be one of the first Holiday Inns in Germany to embrace it. The concept has been envisioned to be more than a hotel bar, restaurant or lounge. It combines all the existing public spaces into one open, cohesive space and gives guests more options to eat, relax, work, or have fun.

The ‘Open Lobby’ concept in the Frankfurt property combines front desk, lobby, business centre, restaurant and bar into a cohesive, open design with a residential feel. The dining area will include a restaurant and a bar. Food will be available 24/7 and guests will have the advantage of free Wi-Fi.

The hotel will be operated under a managed contract in partnership with UBM and is scheduled to open in early 2015.
