The six-storied building is primarily a solid masonry structure from the basement to the fourth floor.

Providing sensitive refurbishment to the period property, the renovation scheme includes the replacement of the existing flat roof and mansards with alterations made to external vaults, drainage, and rear staircase in accordance with detailed external protection measures.

Maintaining the structural core, the inside areas will be refurbished and fitted out to the highest industry Cat A standard, including a high specification reception and lobby area.

The refurbishment is scheduled to complete by the summer of 2013.
