The building will be Bowtech Products’ new headquarters and the company will be one of the first occupants of Aberdeen’s new international business park, ABZ.
Designed to fulfill the expectations of the customers, the new headquarter will be a two-storey, light industrial, design and manufacturing building. It will comprise of a steel frame with profiled cladding façade and curtain walling. The internal fit-out will provide offices, storage areas and workshops.
Apart from that the project also includes construction of an external drainage using a SUDs system, yard area and car parking, and covers a total area of 3,800 square metres.
The project is due for completion by the end of 2013.
