Estimated to cost £5.7 million ($8.75 million), the facility will be a three-storied facility. Upon completion, the new facility will feature rehearsal spaces, TV and music studios, editing suites, and traditional fine art and design programmes.

Enhancing City College Norwich’s appeal for artistic education, the new arts building will bring media, fine arts, fashion, textiles, music and graphic design students together in one place.

The new facility is expected to be used by the students from September 2013.
