To be spread across an estimated 1.2 million square feet of space, Logic Leeds is a planned 110-acre mixed-use development in the Aire Valley Leeds Enterprise Zone. Upon completion, the site will provide high quality industrial and warehouse units in a fully-landscaped environment, with immediate transport access to Junction 45 of the M1.

Phase One of the project involves the construction of 200 metres of highway to link the site with the A63 East Leeds Link Road. It is the first piece of work to be undertaken on the park which will provide units from 30,000 square feet upwards.

The Phase One of the work also includes ground stabilisation, construction of pavements and cycle paths, surface water drainage and connections, and the supply and installation of utility services. Additionally, it also includes installation of traffic signs, street lighting, fixtures and fittings. White lining and soft landscaping are also included in the scheme.

Work has started on the site on 13 May 2013, and is expected to take 14 weeks to complete.

Logic Leeds is one of four sites being developed as part of the zone, along with Newmarket Lane, Thornes Farm and Temple Green. The sites cover a total of 142 hectares and are all located along the East Leeds Link Road, the dual carriageway that links Leeds city centre to Junction 45 of the M1.
