To be situated in an upscale district of Nicaragua’s capital, the Holiday Inn Express Hotel Managua will be a seven-storey hotel and will feature 110 guest rooms. It will offer a fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and private parking area.
Holiday Inn Express Hotel Tegucigalpa will be located in one of the Honduran capital city’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. Like Holiday Inn Express Hotel Managua, the Holiday Inn Express Hotel Tegucigalpa will be a seven-storey hotel and will feature 110 rooms. It will also feature a fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and private parking area.
The hotels will be managed by Latin American Hospitality Management S.A., a subsidiary of Grupo AGRISAL, and will be franchised by an affiliate of IHG. Both properties are scheduled to open in 2014.
Together, the two Holiday Inn Express hotels will add 220 rooms to IHG’s existing Holiday Inn brand family in the Latin America and the Caribbean region, which currently includes 18 Holiday Inn Express hotels and 24 Holiday Inn hotels.
