The upscale lifestyle center will be located inside the 3.4-hectare Century City in Makati, which houses high-specification office and residential spaces. It is being developed by Century Properties Group Inc.
Century City Mall includes a mix of retail, cinema space, and an iconic roof-top garden and bar. First level of the mall will house luxury retail brands, while lifestyle fashion brands will be on the second floor. The third level will include cinemas, with an ultra exclusive 80-seat theatre also featured that has its own lounge. The third level will also have retail stores and food and beverage shops. Al fresco dining will be situated on the fourth level, while the fifth level will have a rooftop bar. Three basement levels will be dedicated to parking space. As reported in The Philippine Star, the mall will reserve more than 1,400 square meters of space in the basement for a new concept supermarket.
The roof garden is the central design feature of the mall, which has been conceived as an open space. A series of unique social spaces reminiscent of private patios are presented as landscaped terraces that externally step up through the building. These landscaped areas will provide a congenial setting to the visitors and will accommodate stylish al fresco dining and a bar.
The 3.4-hectare mixed-use vertical village called Century City will include luxury residential towers Gramercy Residences; Knightsbridge Residences; Versace Home-interior designed Milano Residences; Trump Tower; and an outpatient medical building called Centuria Medical Makati, designed in partnership with GE Healthcare.
