Formerly the Fiesta Resort, the new hotel underwent a five-month, $3 million renovation that included enhancements throughout the hotel’s 270 guest rooms, updates to the public spaces and outdoor areas of the hotel, as well as revamping the food and beverage offerings. The hotel’s updates complement the expansive meeting, convention and exhibit space which spans more than 30,000 square feet.

Taking inspiration from architectural style of Frank Lloyd Wright, the contemporary DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Tempe features a traditional Southwestern design. The interior décor of the hotel is accentuated with classic copper accents. The outdoor setting gets a distinctive look with new lighting and landscaping.

The amenities of the hotel include Absolute Vitality Spa, a heated outdoor swimming pool, an indoor whirlpool, and a 1,500-square-foot 24-hour business centre with scenic windows overlooking the hotel’s serene courtyard.

For conferences, wedding ceremonies, receptions and outdoor events, the hotel features a flexible meeting space, which includes a ballroom-style conference centre with separate entrance that can accommodate up to 780 people theatre-style, and a second ballroom that can accommodate up to 220 guests. It also features a 24-hour business centre, and complimentary WiFi access throughout the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms.

The gastronomic options of the hotel include Milagro’s Restaurant and Kachina Lounge. Featuring a wood-burning fireplace and new patio furniture on the terrace, the Milagro’s Restaurant creates a relaxing atmosphere for outdoor al fresco dining.
