Located at 225 Schilling Circle in Hunt Valley, the new EA corporate headquarters occupies two floors of Schilling Green II, a LEED Platinum office building.

Achieving LEED Gold certification, the office space has been designed with various sustainable design elements and construction strategies, which include the use of underfloor air distribution system offering more efficient delivery of fresh air to the breathing zone and individual occupant control throughout the building; and implementation of stringent indoor quality management program throughout the construction process.

Adding more to sustainability, 84% of all construction waste has been recycled while 87% of lighting controls have occupancy sensors, providing 13% in lighting savings. Over 37% reduction in the usage of water has been achieved with water-efficient restroom fixtures while 26% energy savings in HVAC were established through use of efficient systems. The facility purchased green power credits for 100% of energy use for two years.

The scheme has also used all low-VOC products for interior finishes, such as flooring, paints and sealants. The green housekeeping reduces the possibility of indoor air pollutants that are potentially odorous and irritating to building occupants.

Apart from that the scheme has also implemented a recycling program, utilised Energy Star-rated equipment for more than 80% of all of their office equipment, and installed low-mercury lighting.
