According to an Arlington government report, the total expenditure on the stadium as of February 20, 2009 was $813.9 million. The construction is progressing well for a June opening.

The stadium roofing is almost complete. The crews are installing the scoreboard, sound system, wallboard, light fixtures and speakers in the concourse areas.

Liquid-crystal display panels are fixed in place and pieced together to create the scoreboard that stretches from 20 yard line to 20 yard line.

Of the total spent, $601 million has been paid to Manhattan Construction, which is the general contractor of this project. Manhattan has appointed subcontractors to perform most of the work.
