Jane Hutt, Education Minister, says, Prince Philip Hospital already has an excellent reputation for its breast care services. This new development will cement that reputation and greatly improve the care on offer to women by speeding up diagnosis and treatment and reducing the number of visits to hospital.
Simon Holt, consultant surgical oncologist, says, The Welsh Assembly Government funding and other funds raised by the general public will allow us to buy the very best and most modern equipment for our new unit.
