Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club, located on Kapolei – Oahu’s west coast, has entered its fourth phase of expansion, which includes 114 new two/three bedroom villas with 1,280 to 1,600 square feet of space. The three bedroom villas can house up to 10 people. The total number of villas now amounts to 414 out of a planned 750 villas upon build-out.
Each villa features private balconies, spacious dining and living areas, kitchens equipped with granite countertops, lavish bedding, washer/dryer, multiple televisions with a DVD player, and Wi-Fi Internet access.
Other amenities offered include seven whirlpool spas, three swimming pools, a lagoon dedicated to families, a 50-foot long waterslide, Kolohe’s Beach Bar & Grill and Chuck’s Steak House restaurants and picnic and barbeque areas. The resort also has a private marina and championship golf course.
The last expansion phase of Maui Ocean Club, located in the center of Kaanapali Beach Resort in Lahaina – Maui, involves the addition of spacious Napili Villas. The two/three bedroom villas with 1,200 to 1,700 square feet space will feature a sports court, a new pool area with pool bar, tropical landscaping that includes barbecue areas and expanded fitness center. The villas will include spacious dining and living areas, kitchens equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, lavish bedding, oversized shower with several showerheads in master suite, washer/dryer, multiple televisions with DVD player(s), and Wi-Fi Internet access.
Scheduled to open in the end of January, The Napili Villas represents the final part of two additions that will bring the total number of suites and villas in the club to 459 upon build-out.
Other amenities offered by the club include 3.5-acre superpool with slides, waterfalls and grottos, water sports and beach equipment rentals, the new Longboards Kaanapali oceanfront restaurant, pool bar and poolside food and beverage service, BBQ area, sandy beach with pirate ship and water features for children, children’s center with game room, Beach Walk Market and Pantry, Marriott’s Activity Zone Experience (MAZE) for all ages, championship golf courses of Kaanapali Resort and retail shops.
