The renovated store would feature wider aisles and lower shelves with an open and airy store interior, says store Manager Richard Hearl.
Walmart shops undergo major renovation every five years incorporating customer suggestions into the project, adds Hearl.
Customers reportedly sought lower shelves in order to view and access products on the upper racks and wanted to get rid of crowded aisles filled with displays. All these demands have been addressed in the remodeling project.
The shop now features new shelves that are about six inches lower than the current ones and displays from the aisles have been removed.
The store would be painted in brighter colors and every tile on the floor is being replaced.
