The renovation of the building will include replacing walls and ceilings, wiring and insulation.
The library will also undergo repairs such as roofing, window repair and brick work.
However, it depends on the weather conditions to complete the repair work. Once completed, the building, located adjacent to the library at 302 W. First St. will be used to house various meetings and programs.
