The new $280 million international headquarters is located at Auckland’s Central Business District. The 7800 square meter site will feature four-building campus with a central atrium. The four separate buildings with more than 30,000 square meter of floor space are being erected.
A commercial interior fit-out business had been working on the buildings, and will be ready for possession by November 2010. Air bridges and open walkways designed to link the buildings have been completed.
