Hart’s technical director, Alan Richardson, says that both contracts indicate Hart’s ability to work within the strict disciplines of major, complex, contracts. “Our reputation for technical excellence, backed up our national network of installation and service engineers, developed over many years, gives us a distinct edge when involved in major infrastructure projects such as Terminal 5 and St. Pancras,” says Mr. Richardson.
St. Pancras was officially opened by her Majesty the Queen on the 6th of November 2007.

At St. Pancras, two main areas have Hart fire shutters and standard roller shutters, the services area and the main retail area. Contracts are being carried out for Costain,O'Rouke, Bachy and Emcor Rail (CORBER), OAG and ISG.
