Our competition was to find the best safety e-shot or poster that promotes “Dark Night Safety”, and we are pleased to announce that the winning poster was designed by Libby Cochran, who is seven years old and goes to Francis Askew Primary School in Hull. Libby has won 100 high-visibility vests for her school.
