The development of the design is based on the philosophy of sustainable business practices and long-term profitability.
The hotel will house ‘Atmosphere Bar and Grill’, a completely sustainable restaurant which will feature green concepts and techniques. The concept is a full complimentary breakfast design that turns into an open wood fired grill in the evening. The bar design offers a dimensional, open floor plan that exudes a combination of serenity and style with a styled culinary chill pad, serving wine and spirits.
The design details of the Adoba Eco Hotel incorporate a signature ‘Fountain of Energy’ in the Social Gathering space, which connects the energy of the interior and exterior of the building and evokes the juxtaposition of relaxation. Energy efficiency of the hotel is further advanced by the “Adoba Smart Solar Roofing” system with solar awnings over each guest room window designed to power in-room lighting and systems.
Other sustainable features of the hotel include the use of recycled and energy efficient materials, waste water management programs and minimization of waste and pollution. The hotel has also implemented xeric inspired landscaping design that eliminates needless irrigation.
