Marlin, designed and developed by Advanced LEDs through a technology partnership with E.ON, is a low carbon, energy saving LED which delivers a host of advantages over traditional lighting technologies. The Marlin luminary offers up to 70% reduction in carbon and 70% in energy consumption while delivering, over its lifetime, levels of light comparable to those of traditional streetlights.
The Marlin 1000 is a high performance S4 class luminary featuring a highly robust construction that is more resistant to impact, vibration and vandalism than traditional street lights.
The street lights are produced in Coventry by Remploy, the country’s leading provider of specialist employment services to people with disabilities and complex barriers to work. Marlin can be used on highways, public spaces and in the private sector for car parks and business premises.
