The fit-out contract consisted of supplying and fitting numerous elements including internal and external doorsets, skirting, frames and staircase handrails.
Particular attention was given to the internal and external finishes. Ahmarra Door Solutions’ range of high performance timber doors were selected in American white oak veneer and in two different finishes, dark stain and grey stain, to complement the décor.
The multi-million pound development by Eastleaf Limited, a joint venture between Khattar Holdings Private Limited and Blazefield Tovey Limited, included the demolition of a dated three-storey post-war building and the construction of two, four-bed houses and six one-, two- and three-bed apartments.
The houses incorporate two sub-basement media rooms and entertainment spaces with shower rooms and bar areas, lower ground kitchen and dining areas, ground floor receptions with double height atria to the rear, patio gardens and four bedrooms, including a first floor master suite.
Ahmarra worked closely with the property developer Eastleaf on the fit out project.
