So the show has been designed to cater for this by providing two days of networking time as well as presenting the latest products and concepts in the industry.

All the products exhibited have been approved by the show’s architecture and design committee to ensure that they meet exacting quality standards. In addition, the visitor registration system ensures that only the industry professionals will visit the event, making it a genuinely exclusive event for the architecture and design sectors.

The show’s bespoke layout design has been created by the Belgian architecture agency Creative Fo(u)r to ensure the best contact between the exhibitors and visitors. For example, traditional aisles have been redesigned as informal lounge areas, creating a more comfortable space for further discussions. There will also be plenty of seminars taking place to discuss the hottest topics in the industry and for sharing experiences.

The inaugural Architect@Work was held in Belgium in 2003 and the show has been growing ever since, with events now taking place elsewhere in Europe and the first Chinese edition due to open at the end of June at the Shanghai Expo Centre.
