Designed by Outside Studios, the exhibit includes original features from the hut in which Dahl wrote many of his famous stories. Working to a design by Outside Studios, Forbo Flooring used its Aquajet technology to cut some of Dahl’s best-known words and sentences into the Marmoleum floor, which is used to created a ‘garden path’ leading up to the hut.
Its contents and interior were moved to the museum last year from the Dahl family home, Gypsy House, in Great Missenden.
