Three acquired stores of Annapolis Lighting include Annapolis, Rockville and Columbia. The firm plans to invest $250,000 over the next 15 months for renovation and replenishment of the inventories of the stores, which will retain the Annapolis Lighting name.
With the company refusing to disclose the cost of the acquisition, Dave Bellwoar, showroom vice president of Colonial Electric, says that the deal was ‘palatable’ for the firm.
Colonial operates 20 stores in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
