says Jari Inkinen
Our of¬fice is on top of a steep hill, so the majority of our office windows open out on to a landscape of rooftops and treetops, which is OK. But my ground floor window offers views of old, unused office blocks that can only be described as grey, lifeless and a little soul destroying.

For years I have been looking at this non-inspirational, bare, mirthless and cold landscape, and have often imagined what it would be like to look through my window and see the beautiful Finnish wilderness.

If only we could create a beautiful green environment in between the buildings, creating the illusion that the buildings had been built in among rocks, trees and natural surroundings, and a river would run wildly in between parked cars and streetlamps – a little piece of paradise.
