New York-based architectural and interior design firm Pompei A.D has designed the 15,000 square feet, two-level store by integrating strong visual and experiential elements to attract visitors. The layout of the store preserves and respects the historic value of the building.

The first floor of the store is arranged in three main areas: the corner entry vestibule, the main corridor entry and the staircase. Oriented on a shifted plan from the existing shell, each area is designed to function as a visual and directional signal guiding shoppers through the space.

A variety of shades of blue and white custom concrete tiles are used on surfaces. The angular double-height staircase at the shop is clad with white concrete pre-cast treads. Above the stair, suspended custom glass globes are arranged in an arched shape. Hidden overhead cove lighting at the space augments the daylighting effect at the store.
