The 2010 Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS) was held from March 9 – 13, 2010, at the Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC).

Four new yachts of over 30 meters were announced by Art Marine and Azimut. The new family of yachts named Grande or Azimut Grande encompasses the entire Azimut Yachts offer in the over 100 feet segment.

Ugo Garassino, deputy general manager Azimut Yachts states, “Over the next few months, work on the Azimut 120 SL will be complete, while the 100ft Raised Pilot House, the 110ft Widebody, and last but not least the 126ft with two and a half decks will be launched in the next three years.”

This Azimut Grande project will offer a special team, Personal Design Equipe, to transform dreams into fully operational designs. The Personal Design Equipe will meet the owner anywhere in the world to discuss his/her needs, and to discover his/her wishes, and transform it into fully operational designs

In addition to the launch of the Azimut Grande range, Art Marine also announced the launch of Azimut 98 Leonardo, a 98 feet masterpiece in superyachting refinement; the Azimut 82; Azimut 70; the 43 feet Azimut 43; and the Atlantis 40, a performance yacht for those seeking sporty agility and speed. Art Marine also launched ‘Four Winns’, a range of US made sports boats.

DIBS is the most important and established event of its kind in the Middle East region and Indian subcontinent. The 18th edition of the show witnessed a record 15 world exclusive premiers and 25 regional launches.
