The winning design for the head office of Swedbank was chosen from over 22 entries. The design features integration of the 60 meter-tall structure into the surrounding Konstitucijos Avenue. It blends well with other newly built high-rises and the natural surroundings of River Neris and the slope leading towards the river.

The pedestrian street becomes the main axis of the building composition which consists of three main parts: the base of the building that emphasizes the line of the street; the two towers of 16 and 14 stories respectively; and the horizontal four-story volume that is placed on it. The twin towers are interconnected by a glass atrium. Four underground parking levels are also featured in the structure.

The essential client service is concentrated on the ground floor which will be accessible to the public. The first floor houses the auditorium and the cafe which offers great views to Neris riverbank. The ground floor, the flowing space of the cafe and the pedestrian street are designed as a public urban space. The space is divided as separate functional zones. The roof of the base is integrated as a part of the landscape and is topped with greenery and recreation zones.
